Grant has over 28 years of industry knowledge and experience and is a recognised adviser to clients on matters relating to UK & EU VAT and customs taxes.

He obtained the foundation of this knowledge by working for the government in the VAT and Customs department for almost 15 years, followed by a further decade at a leading accountancy firm.

Grant has a wealth of expertise and real insight into the proper importation, exportation and on-going fiscal compliance requirements of aircraft and yachts.
With this background and expert knowledge Grant can tailor the solutions for each client.

Grant is regularly invited to speak at industry events around the world, writes for publications and has featured in the Citywealth Leaders Lists.
Fiona Moore

Co-Founder

Fiona has worked with Yachts & Aircraft for over 18 years and brings a wealth of experience in ensuring solutions meet client needs and in communicating complex matters in a transparent manner.

She has managed over US$4 billion of luxury assets during her career to date and is a regular advisor to both family offices and UHNWI.

Fiona’s experience means that she's quick thinking and solution focused, she has a wealth of contacts and is relationship focused so she is regularly called upon to advise and provide guidance on new build yacht projects, fleet wide restructuring & financing, to assist first time owners with putting the right operating framework in place and to maximise performance & efficiencies for family office/Captain managed yachts.

Fiona is an Associate of the Chartered Governance Institute.
Chris Nicholls

Co-Founder

Chris has over 21 years' experience in the yacht and business aviation industry. Client focused and service driven, Chris’ specialities include asset registration/compliance matters, EU VAT and Customs procedures, coordinating sales and purchases, as well as liaising with lawyers and financiers.

Over the course of his career, Chris has been responsible for the development and coordination of numerous bespoke arrangements to satisfy the particular demands of superyacht and business aviation owners. Whether that's liaising with ship or aircraft registries for specific clearances and approvals, establishing and administering International Registry platforms or assisting aviation clients with complying with the requirements of ODS reporting, Chris ensures that these essential, yet often overlooked, matters are handled swiftly and accurately.
